National Economy Slows in 4th Quarter, but Local Economy Holds Steady

In short, while the national economy slowed during the 4th quarter of 2015, the local economy held steady.  In fact, unemployment in both Toledo and Lucas County was lower at the end of 2015 than it was at the end of 2014.
