The momentum in Toledo’s UpTown continued yesterday with the ribbon cutting for UpTown Green, which is the signature park for the neighborhood and another important step in the revitalization of the Adams Street Corridor.  The Land Bank acquired the land for the park in 2012, and Julie Champa and her excellent staff at UpTown Toledo did the rest.  I truly believe UpTown is growing into what the “Short North” neighborhood is in Columbus.  Congrats to all involved!
